Registered Number: 5791612 England. InsureTECH Systems Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA number 468468). You can check our authorisation at www.fsa.gov.uk/register/.
InsureTECH Systems Limited is a subsidiary of Fortis (UK) Ltd. We introduce customers to a wide variety of insurers and intermediaries including Fortis Insurance Ltd and The Outright Company UK Ltd which are both part of the Fortis(UK) group.
CheaperCover.com is not a broker. We provide a service which enables you to compare a number of insurance products. We do not charge you a fee for our services. Instead we receive fees from the insurer or intermediary as a result of introducing you to them.
2. UK Residents Only
The products and services described on this website are only available to residents of the United Kingdom insuring themselves, their private cars, or vans as appropriate, within Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man (excluding the Channel Islands). By requesting a motor insurance quote, you confirm that all drivers on your policy are UK residents and that if there is any change to this status then you would immediately notify the insurance provider.
3. How you agree to use www.CheaperCover.com
1. You will only use www.CheaperCover.com for personal use and not exploit www.CheaperCover.com commercially. We may stop you from using www.CheaperCover.com if you do not comply with these terms.
2. You will only enter your own personal details and will only enter a third party's details with their consent.
3. You will need to answer a number of questions on this website to obtain a quote for an insurance product. These questions are designed to provide information needed by all the insurance service providers whose details appear on this website. The quotation you receive will be based on the information you have provided. It is essential that all information and answers are true and accurate and that you also disclose all relevant facts. Failure to provide accurate information could lead to your insurance being invalid and you being liable for any third party costs in the event of an accident.

4. Quote Delivery
You should receive the results of our price comparison technology interactively. However, we are completely reliant on the availability of the third party sites and on the overall performance of the World Wide Web. At certain times interactive quotes are not available. You will be advised if this is the case and under these circumstances we will e-mail you to advise when your quotes are ready.
All providers specialise in slightly different risks and they do not quote on risks that fall outside their target customers. The more "high risk" or "non-standard" your risk is classed as by them, the fewer prices you will receive. In some cases, it might not be possible for you obtain a quote at all over the internet. In such cases we may put you in contact with a specialist telephone provider who will approach the insurance underwriters direct and negotiate a special rate on your behalf.
5. How Long is a Quote Valid?
That depends on the provider. When you receive a quote you should click through to the insurance provider’s website to see how long it will be valid for. Insurance provider’s prices and rates are changed on a regular basis and in some cases on a daily basis.
The price given to you is indicative and may alter following communication with the insurance provider.
6. Accepting a Quotation
The quotation(s) you receive will be based on the information you have provided. The quotation(s) provided by CheaperCover.com are indicative only and may alter following further communication with the insurance provider.
In order to accept a quotation you will need to link to the insurance providers website and retrieve your details to accept the policy, or in some cases, contact them by phone. Before accepting a quotation it is very important that you check that all the information the insurer holds on you is accurate. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct. Failure to do so could result in your insurance being invalid. It is also important that you read the insurers terms or conditions as they will differ from ours and are the terms that you will be agreeing to.
If you have any doubt whether further information about you, not requested during the CheaperCover.com service is required to be disclosed, or that something may be incorrect, please contact the proposed insurer before you accept the quotation.

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us first by email and if after emailing us you are still not happy please write to our Customer Relations Manager at the address shown below. Should you wish to use an alternative means of communication, we are happy on request to correspond with you by telephone or fax.
For the purposes of handling complaints our working day is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays.

If we do not have enough information to investigate your complaint we will contact you to ask you for further details.
